We hope you enjoy your uniform! We stand behind the quality of all DENNIS items, which are guaranteed to withstand one calendar year of normal wear and tear from the date of purchase. We also guarantee all items against manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the garment.
If you must make a return, we accept items still in your uniform program in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, original tags attached) within 90 days of purchase. Nonreturnable items include those marked "All Sales Final/While Supplies Last," hair accessories, custom-made garments, hem-extensions and bulk orders.
All returns by mail must be processed through https://returns.dennisuniform.com. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be generated with the return label so that you can easily drop off the return. RMA numbers are required to process the return; packages missing the RMA number will be sent back to sender. Original packing slips or receipts should also be included. An return fee will be deducted from your refund for return postage.
To initiate a return online, please have your Order ID # ready. This can be found on your packing slip as "Cust Ref" near the top of the slip or as noted in your confirmation email.
In-person returns are also accepted at your local DENNIS store if accompanied with packing slip or receipt.
