Thanks for your purchase! After you’ve placed your order, we send you a confirmation email to let you know your transaction has gone through. Once in our system, you may see that your order status is marked as processing. This means our warehouse team has received your information and is working to complete your order. As we get closer to order completion, you may see your status as fulfilled or partially fulfilled. This means we are moving your uniforms out to be shipped and you will receive emails confirming shipment and tracking information.
Please note that during the busy season, we typically send items as they are ready, in separate packages. We want to make sure your student has their uniform pieces as quickly as possible! In this case, your order status may be marked as partially fulfilled as we finish sending the other items you have purchased.
