How do I cancel an order?

If you’d like to cancel an item or an order, please call our Customer Care Center at 800.854.6951 to speak with an agent during our regular service hours. You can also submit a cancellation request and our team will follow up as soon as they can. Please note that we may not be able to cancel orders too far along in the fulfillment process. We will let you know if this is the case, and can assist you in starting the return process instead if desired.
